Individual
Therapy

Individual therapy sessions typically last between 45 minutes to 1 hour and are usually scheduled weekly, though this can vary depending on the client's needs and the therapist's availability. During each session, the client and therapist work collaboratively to address the client's mental health challenges and achieve their therapeutic goals.

Research has shown that CBT is a highly effective approach for treating a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, stress, and more. The effectiveness of CBT is due in part to its focus on identifying and addressing negative thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to emotional distress. CBT has also been shown to be effective in a relatively short amount of time, with clients often experiencing significant improvement in just a few weeks or months.

The number of sessions required for CBT varies depending on the client's needs and the severity of their mental health challenges. Generally, clients can expect to attend anywhere from 12- 16 sessions, though some may require fewer or more depending on their unique circumstances. During the initial assessment, the therapist will work with the client to develop a treatment plan that outlines the number of sessions required and the goals of therapy.

If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, or other mental health issues, individual CBT may be a highly effective treatment option for you. Schedule an appointment with one of our experienced therapists and start your journey towards emotional and mental well-being.
